Can I send a dm?

Of course! We love hearing from you guys! Whether it’s to send us a message of encouragement or warn us about something happening, or if we translated something wrong, please feel free to dm us!

Something is weird with my bbl /
I don’t understand how bbl works??

While we aren’t the actual customer support for the app, we have been using it for quite some time now and understand how it works. We recommend contacting their customer service for help first and then sending us a dm about your problems.

Which member should I subscribe to? Who do we recommend?

This is something we get asked quite often. Of course, we recommend any of the 8 members since they do come on bbl often.

Firstly, we recommend getting your bias! Even if they don’t come as often, it’s still worth it to be able to communicate with them

Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin:

Are the most consistent and come the most often out of the other members

Han, Felix, and IN:

Might not come as often, but when they come, they like to spam or talk for a looooong time

Chan and Changbin:

Don’t come as often as the others, but they’ve been pretty active recently.
(Chan also translates his own messages to English)

Information about 3rd Gen STAY Fanclub

What is a Fanclub and what does it do?:

JYPE opens official STAY fanclub membership almost every year (or at least once the previous membership finishes), and for a limited time, they open the opportunity to join the official membership. Official fanclub comes with member-kits and gives exclusive skz content and benefits. There are pportunities like pre-sale for concerts and fan meetings (usually in Korea and not for all countries).In previous generations of official STAY memberships, it was partnered with VLIVE, so they offered "member-only" lives and a chatting system. With the 3rd Gen, they partnered with Bubble and offered two new benefits: the Community Tab and OT8 Group Chat.

Community Tab
This is an area where the members and stays can write posts and reply to each other. Usually the members come on for 5-10 mins when they're bored or have free time and reply to a bunch of stays! We post community content on our backup account @staywithskzz8

OT8 Group Chat
This is a new feature, and like its name, it's just a group chat with all 8 members and you! They come and treat it like a real group chat sometimes, and it's really funny to see their dynamic together (although you feel like the 3rd wheel looking in).

Can I join now?:

Unfortunately, the recruitment period is over, so you will not be able to join. They had their first recruitment in November 2022 and then an additional recruitment period in January 2023.
Hopefully, you'll be able to join at the next recruitment!

Can I use your translations for my translating account?

Recently there were a couple of reports that some accounts have been using our translations without telling us or giving us credit. We work hard on our translations to share them, and it’s a bit upsetting to see that some people take it for granted. Please respect our translations and any other 🫧 translating accounts, everyone works so hard.

Some 🫧 accounts have reached out to us and asked for permission before using ours, and we’ve given them permission!
It really doesn’t hurt to ask.

We do have a criteria:
it has to be translated to a different language (not eng) + give credit + you have to let us know!!!

Some people have asked if they can use our translations to translate into a different language, and that’s fine!
But some have asked if they can use it to ‘translate’ into English, and it made us wonder if our translations were in a different language..? We aren’t too comfortable with this part, so please keep this in mind!
